亲爱的UHill中学家长联谊会的家长及学生们，大家好！

本学年已经尾声，联谊会进行阶段性总结，我们已经把这段时间活动筹集的资金全部捐给UHILL中学，用于购买计算机设备。相关报告也已经在联谊会博客上公布。http://uhillseccpc.blogspot.ca/

感谢这段时间以来积极参加活动的家长们和孩子们，感谢你们辛勤的付出。现在开放这段时间的义工记录，请参加过义工的家长及孩子们在相应文件中填写自己的义工情况。联谊会将把不同年级的孩子们的义工时间汇总交给学校。

目前，网络家长及学生义工记录表包括，从2013年11月建立到2014年6月家长及学生参加CPC组织的所有活动的义工记录，填表时请详细阅读填表说明。家长们的义工目前只记录参加活动事项，孩子们的义工记录参加活动、翻译文件等事项及时间。网络申报时间为整个暑假，将会在8月底结束，请大家抽时间做好这个记录工作。

为了保证系统记录数据的准确及安全性，数据记录链接将会通过电子邮件方式发送。请参加过CPC活动的义工家长发邮件给uhillseccpc@gmail.com索取义工记录表格网络记录入口链接，只有系统中有您们的邮箱，才能发给网络记录义工的链接。也请知道信息的家长转告相关家长，谢谢大家帮助。

The 2013-2014 school year was an exciting and busy one at Uhill Secondary School. Since the establishment of the Chinese Parents Club last November, 2013, our Chinese parents have contributed a lot of energy and enthusiasm to our students and our school, along with the support from the school’s, PAC and teachers and students.

During this period of time, the UHill Secondary Chinses parents had good experience of the team work and hold many successful events in the limited time. We especially thank principal Steven, and all the teachers, parents and students of U-Hill. We could not have accomplished so much without the many volunteers who contributed their time, creativity and expertise to the school.

Here is the result of our fund-raising efforts:
